A drug test only detects what it's designed to find.

A standard 5-panel test checks for cannabis, co***ne, opiates, amphetamines, and benzodiazepines. However, substances like ketamine, M**A, spice, methadone, and alcohol will only show up if your test kit includes them. Keep in mind that fentanyl and nitazenes require their own specific tests.

Detection windows can vary too: co***ne typically clears out in 1 to 3 days, while cannabis can stick around for up to 45 days in regular heavy users.
