Is your baby due November/December? π
You can't plan every detail of your birth β but you can prepare for it.
Birth preparation isn't about guaranteeing a particular type of birth.
It's about understanding what may happen, knowing your options, learning practical tools for coping with labour and helping your birth partner feel confident about how to support you.
Through hypnobirthing, you'll practise breathing, relaxation, visualisation and self-hypnosis techniques that you can draw on during labour.
You'll also explore pain relief, interventions, decision-making, birth preferences and what happens if your plans need to change.
Most importantly, you'll have the opportunity to ask questions, talk through your worries and build confidence in your ability to navigate your birth β whatever path it takes.
Because being prepared doesn't mean having everything go to plan.
It means feeling informed, supported and ready for the possibilities.
