Every business has a story, and this one started with something quite personal. 🤍

What began as years of struggling with my own scalp and a love for hair care, head massage and that feeling of complete relaxation has grown into something I’m so passionate about.

Creating Zen Sanctuary has been about bringing all those things together and creating a little space where you can feel cared for, switch off and take some time just for yourself. 🌿

I’m so grateful that something that started with my own experience has become a way for me to help others feel relaxed and cared for, too.

✨ For once, Lucie wasn’t the one doing the treatment… she was the client. ✨

Lucie had been complaining for a while about her scalp feeling very dry, tight and uncomfortable, so when we finally had the time, it was her turn to switch off and let me look after her. 🤍

Her scalp had a lot of dryness and buildup, and you could really see and feel how tight it was.

After her treatment, her scalp felt nourished, moisturised and comfortable again, and that tight feeling had gone. ✨
