Forbes House Business Centre has rooms currently available to let from £215 pcm. These are open, bright and versatile spaces suitable for use as salon, office etc.
Located by the pelicon crossing on High St, Banff (beside West Carpets), Forbes House has been recently refurbished inside and out, with all new signage. Rooms may be decorated to own taste.
All your business signage is included and you may keep your own hours as you please, with ed, and there is plenty of room inside and out if you wish to put out a pavement sign when you are open.
The stairs have wide, shallow steps and handrails for ease of access, with a client waiting area on the landing.
There is a communal sink area and separate toilet/sink which, along with the stairs and landings are heated and maintained in tip-top condition by a cleaner. A large wheelie bin is supplied, kept out of sight in a cupboard.
Although Forbes House is located in the busiest part of Banff - with anything up to 1000 vehicles passing every hour - there is ample parking nearby, both free and paid.
