So 8 years ago to this date, we as a family lost my dad Paul Milner
A son, a brother, a husband, a dad, a grandad, a mate 💔

After a battle with prostate cancer, he fought and lost taking his last breath in the early hours...

After a turbulent 18 months which included a 147 mile bike ride in his name for Prostate Cancer UK ...Corvid hit the world and it was at this time I decided I'd had enough of my job and wanted to retrain my skill set...
That day Level 10 sports therapy was born (even tho it wasn't called that😂)

It's been a mixed bag since embarking on my journey... But I'm finally understanding my worth and gaining confidence more and more each day ❤️

So today I'll shed a tear or 10 for my mukka.. But smile too because I'm here and get to do what I love😊

Great night working the Dusk till Dawn 12hr ultra @ Manvers last night
Bailed at 3am as I was knackered and unable (in my opinion) to give my best treatment to the last few runners

Saw some of my beautiful regular clients
Met some new ones and caught up with folk I'd not seen since last D2D ❤️

Well done to every single runner you were all awesome 🤘

Browny joins The Wellers...

The latest addition to the squad is former Thackley and Worsbrough forward Josh Brown. Browny can play out wide and through the middle and has impressed in pre season.

Seba is staying!

We are delighted that shot stopper Sebastian Małkowski has committed to the Wellers in to next season. Seba is one of the main leaders in the squad both on and off the pitch, and having played at international level his experience is vital for The Wellers moving in to the new season.

This Saturday we kick off our pre season against Athersley Rec FC over at Frickley's 4G pitch for the Bob Weston Trophy. It's a 1pm kick off for anyone wanting to make the short journey over to Frickley. We hope to see you there.
