But boring always beats cool and fancy when it comes to anything especially recovery

Massage is cool

But there’s so many better options like I’ve mentioned

That what I’ve said isn’t exhaustive

There’s so much more

But I give a s**t and I want you to get better

You’ll always have honesty and someone who listens

I won’t try promise you with quick fixes

Ill promise you things might get tough but that’s how we overcome the pain fears and beliefs
