This is what a good friend told me - when I had a wobble!
‘You can do Hard Things !’
Being comfortable can feel good but it can also make you stagnate & stay small!

Keep showing up for yourself, moving, learning, exploring & planning adventures & be kind to yourself & others !

Life is precious - Do what makes your Soul glow as much as you can!

This song makes my Soul glow!
Time to dance around the kitchen with Red!

Sending you all love & positive vibes !

Happy Autumn Equinox blessings !
Welcome to Libra season too.
This is my season as I’m a Libra !
The Scales need to be in balance!

Today day & night are equal !
The Autumn Equinox is all about making adjustments to gain more peace.

Time to rebalance & look at what you need to release & what you want more of to get back in balance !

Light a candle, practice yoga, Reiki, walk in nature & cook a nourishing meal.

Clean out any clutter & create a beautiful space with candles & bring some fallen leaves & pine cones into your relaxation area.

Connect with your tribe & lift each other vibes & set positive intentions.

Practice gratitude & do a random act of kindness.

Time to shine & don’t let anyone dim your light!
Keep going, you’ve got this !
Just for today, step by step!
Always, always do what makes your soul glow!

Love you all very much.
Namaste
