The clocks go back on Sunday and, as a nutrition coach and a busy mum winging it between school runs, I have a wish list.

I wish turning the clocks back took us to a time when:

-there was no such thing as a no-sugar plan
- collagen wasn’t the answer to everything
- people listened to qualified voices, not someone off a soap with a supplement brand and affiliate link
-your child saying “I’m bored” wasn’t something to feel guilty about

Swipe for the rest ➡️

I can’t give you the time machine. What I can give you is a way of eating and living that adds in rather than cuts out.

That’s the Nourish Method: 8 weeks, 5 pillars, zero diet culture.

If you fancy more energy, comment NOURISH and I’ll send you the details.

What would YOU wish for? Tell me below ⬇️

If you’ve ever “failed” a diet, I want you to hear this: it wasn’t you - the plan didn’t fit you

Restriction-based plans ask you to override hunger, ignore your life and be perfect, and that’s not a fair test of anyone’s willpower.

I built the Nourish Method around a different idea: add in, don’t cut out.

Eight weeks of group support to help you eat well, move in ways you enjoy, rest properly and feel properly connected.

Doors open 20th November.

Comment NOURISH and I’ll make sure you’re first to know.

We need to talk about this more

Nigella calling out the word naughty relating to a biscuit will forever be iconic as it’s something I call out regularly

“Oh I can’t I’m being good”
“Oh I shouldn’t it’s naughty”
“It’s my guilty pleasure”

We need to start to view food as food. The more we do this we aren’t on a diet, we start to live a lifestyle.

Fuelled to have the energy we need to thrive.

I wholly agree that our diet should start with whole foods first but choosing a cookie over an apple isn’t damning behaviour.

Let’s rewrite the narrative and free the guilt for being late on the school run or forgetting it’s Viking day

If you’d like help with this drop me a message the last round of The Nourish Method for 2026 starts on 27th November

I met someone new the other day and she’s asked me what I did when I wasn’t working and I gave her a funny look..as in some ways I’m always on but around coaching people to find more energy, believe in themselves and get good sleep. I’m basically living that too

If you fancy someone like me on your team I’m the coach for you

If not - well you are wrong

Nutrition advice, minus the guilt.

These are the statements I stick by as a nutrition coach who’s also a mum.

Eat the whole foods, lift the heavy things, go to sleep when you’re tired, and never skip the pockets of fun.

Those are the memories your kids will keep.

Which one do you needed to hear today? Tell me in the comments 👇

Save this for the days you need a reminder, and send it to a mum who’s being too hard on herself.

Nutritionist in your pocket that’s me.. drop me a message if you’d like support navigating energy and living in your best body.

I’m a prompt mum - give me a time and I’ll be there just about but the reasons behind this aren’t not caring

It’s the juggle
It’s the passion of helping women feel seen

Are you an early arriver or a just in timer?

Ps mums juggling preschoolers or babies in supermarkets you are smashing it

I saw a meme the other day which said why do we say next week things will die down.

Will they f**k when you are a working mum of a school aged child.

Between school emails, clubs, after school clubs and remembering if it’s pe today there’s a lot of weekends I don’t want to cook enough food to reheat from Tupperware

These are my go tos in Tesco this week

I’m not saying don’t cook but if I’m going to die on a hill it’s going to be this one.

I’m still a good wife and mum if I don’t cook from scratch daily

Some days there’s not time for perfection as it’s straight from work to clubs.

My dinner was at lunchtime but I don’t want show aria up at swimming by being the hangry mum.

In today’s toolkit it shake.

I love a little something sweet and these little pots in dark chocolate have been on my shopping list for a few years

They’ve now got the trendy pistachio so I got both today which thank you little Tesco for having them in

Just that little bit of sweet bit you sometimes need

Great for those that can’t tolerate dairy too

If I’m looking for a protein bar this is the absolute GOAT it feels decadent.

Cup of tea, one of these and catch up on the day before bed

I’ve learnt that going to bed hungry and trying to train early in the morning I’m flagging my lunch and in dire need of a nap

This is the small change that helps #
