OUR FIRST MARKET… NONSTOP QUEUES & CLASSIC PHATT TOAD CHAOS 😂☕️🎃
A few teething problems, but a whole lot of love 🖤
We definitely threw ourselves in at the deep end! Our first few hours involved the coffee machine cutting out… turns out our extension lead was still coiled up, overheating and tripping the power 🤦♀️ Learning curve number one!
A nonstop queue from 10am–5pm BOTH DAYS?! Absolutely overwhelming in the best way 🥹🤘
We know many of you had a long wait, and we honestly can’t thank you enough for your patience, kindness and support while we found our feet. Thank you for sticking with us 🫶🖤
We barely captured any content ourselves - between topping up supplies, serving you lovely lot and banging out the drinks, we didn’t stop- and this was not an exaggeration😅 😂. If you took any photos or videos of your drinks or our gazebo, please tag us or send them over 👀☕️
And the event itself… WOW 🎃🖤 What a setting for our first market! essexfoodiesmarket at Garden Centre | Restaurant | Events | Food Hall & More , you smashed it!
So much thought had gone into every little detail - the pumpkin patch, the little Highland cows, the food stalls and the atmosphere. Add in the sunshine and families enjoying themselves, and the whole place was buzzing 🐮☀️
We were so proud to be part of it. This one gets a big Phatt Toad recommendation for an autumn day out 🤘🎃
