Let’s answer some questions on the spooky special -
🎃 Do you still get your 1 hour yoga class including shavasana? Yes absolutely!!
👻 Will there be anything to make you jump? No, it will just be a themed class where we play in the postures
💀 Will it still help my bad back? Yep, all the same wonderful stretches you know and love just with a spooky twist
🍬 Are the sweets allergen friendly? Vegan sweets for everyone that comes that will be gluten free, please let me know of additional allergies
🧟‍♀️ Do I have to join in with the silly stuff? Not if you don’t want to, however it makes it more fun
🕯️ How do I book? The usual link (will post in comments) and cost is the same as usual too

October is here 🎃 🍂 which means there are some real treats coming up!

October Gong Bath - 25th October : 4pm
The perfect way to end to celebrate the clocks falling back. Spend the extra hour relaxing instead and enjoying the vibrations of the gongs. £12.50 pp

Yoga spooky special - 26th October : 6.30pm
EveryBODY is welcome, this is for of all ages (4+). Yoga with a dose of playfulness, followed by vegan sweets. £8.50 pp or a stamp on your class pass pp.

Gong bath today and yoga tomorrow- what a perfect combination ❤️
Thank you to everyone that attended today! It’s been a while since our last one and it was lovely to see so many familiar faces and meet a few new ones.

On a personal note - My view for yoga today is pictured too! September is childhood cancer awareness month and my heart literally breaks when I think back to this day last year. My son was losing his hair, unable to stand, wouldn’t leave his bed and was completely unengaged. He was suffering and there was nothing I could do to make it better. He’s still under treatment and we still have a journey, however a year on is such a difference. We spent this weekend with Abby’s Heroes (absolute legends) in the big camp out with lots of other oncology patients and he was happily doing yoga beside me with a full head of hair and big cheeky smile. He caused chaos in this yoga class and honestly, I couldn’t have been happier to see it.

It’s September beautiful souls! 🍁
We will be doing a bit of a body MOT tomorrow and we’ve also had a request for the ocean drum to return for our relaxation 🌊

Pictured is Cow Face Pose (Gomukhasana). I LOVE sitting in this position, however it’s not everyone’s favourite and we can always adjust or amend to suit. Yoga doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to work for you. Doing the arms alone is still fantastic for your back and posture!

Why do Cow Face?

🧘 Improves shoulder and upper-back flexibility
💪 Stretches the triceps and arms
🦵 Opens the hips and stretches the outer thighs
