Louder for people in the back❗️

No relationship should require you to give yourself away to keep the peace. A relationship requires two beings willing to reciprocate respect, love and accountability.

'Nice' wastes your energy. Kindness empowers and uplifts everyone around you including yourself. Kill the people-pleaser in you and be kind, not nice! You deserve to have your cake and eat it too.

I was having the conversation with my friend the other day about how we are moving into a different kind of world. We were talking about how difficult it is to get your name out there in the great sea of the wellness industry😂 and how easy it is to get lost in the hundreds of posts you see on Facebook groups or instagram.. spirit came through with this message about how when we come to know our value at a deep level then we will not need to fight so hard to get ourselves out there because our energy will simply attract in the right people that need our work. The world we are moving into is going to be more energy-based where things do not need to be so hard for us! If we come into alignment the rest will follow.

INTRODUCING... The new Kayla Lewis Soul Healing🤍🪽🔮

I was feeling the nudge for a little while to update my branding but it wasn't really feeling like the right time to do it until the other week during a healing session I was having on myself...

My higher self came through so beautifully with all of these gorgeous colours and a crystalline energy. It felt very Lemurian and I connected with her more than I ever have before. The same night I had a dream where spirit were telling me it's time to rebrand! So this is why I have chosen this design and colour scheme. I feel it represents my higher self and the frequency I bring. I hope that through this representation, the people who resonate with this kind of energy can find me🪽🪽🪽

Kambo... such an incredibly powerful medicine. I went with the intention of clearing the root cause of my Candida and to heal my wounds around masculinity.

Most of my Candida has been showing its symptoms through an itchy throat and what the medicine has shown me that a lot of it is linked to my ancestral lineage. Powerful and strong women who have learned to play it small. Keeping our voices small, people pleasing, constantly needing to get it 'right', to be everything to everyone and not speaking our truth.

I have come away feeling connected to my ancestors on a much deeper level. I feel the connection to the earth and the lands of the UK. To the lands of Ireland, Wales and Scotland and to the powerful wisdom of the women who came before me. We may carry the wounds of our ancestors but we also carry the gifts too...

Thank you to beautiful Siriani who held us through the ceremony, her strength and power was amazing to witness and was a beautiful reflection for me.

Thank you to for organising these spaces for us to come and heal, your work is so very sacred. And to the beautiful Jen, Sam and the other women who held and helped us throughout. Our healing happens when we are together. We cannot do it alone🤍

Haux Haux!🐸🦋🤍

Maybe soon I'll post a video about cord cutting and energy cleaning explaining why it's so important!

Closing down at the end of the day is probably one of the most important practices in Reiki to ensure you are coming back into your own energy and releasing anything that isn't yours.

We are constantly working on the energy in the treatment room. Once you begin doing healing work that is confined to one single space the energy builds and builds and it becomes easier for us to connect to spirit and loved ones. Not just me as the practitioner but also you as the client.🕊️
