That is just what I needed.

Often my clients don't realise how much they need a moment to slow down, to check in with how their body feels because we're so in our heads it's hard to stop.

But I promise you, no one leaves with regrets. Smiles yes and shoulders that aren't by your ears yes.

Don't wait for your to do list to free up before finding your own ME moment.

Strawberry Moon Energy 🍓🌕

Wondering why your emotions feel so high?! Feeling brain fog and tiredness more than usual?

Blame the moon babe!!

So tonight lean into rest, have an early night and let go of anything heavy thats been weighing you down.

If you feel stuck between choices write them down and leave on a window sill or somewhere where the moons energy can connect. Even better if you place crystals with it. Tomorrow let your intuition help guide your choice.

Finally have something sweet like a strawberry or chocolate and welcome sweetness back into your life.

If all else fails have a little cry and let it out. Tomorrow is a new day, a new month and another oppourtunity for growth.

Listening to that inner voice, that intuition, that focus has been a revelation this month.💫

Too often we ignore that little voice in our heads because it's usually wispering negative things but if we focus a little deeper, there is a voice in there waiting to be your ultimate hype girl.

Lean into thinge that can slow you down like reflexology, reading or going for a walk in nature it's here the voice really starts to shine and that nervous system calms down.

Even in children we need to help them tap into their inner cheerleaders. In fact I would go as far as saying it's crucial for their mental health when living in such a digital focused world.

Start small and watch their confidence grow!

Never give up the hope 🙌

They say enjoy every journey but it's hard to when this one includes an emotional rollercoaster. The monthly hope that this time things will be different, followed by the dissapointment when instead your period arrives.

It's this emotional pressure that can make us lose trust in our body. But hold onto that trust and work with your body because there is always light at the end of the tunnel. This year alone I have had the joy of seeing 6 women find their happy endings. I have watched in awe as they found trust in their bodies, started to believe it could happen and then seen the smile when they told me their news.

Holistic care and in particular Reflexology is incredible as a support on your journey. We can focus on what your body needs and provide the right support for YOU.

I believe in you so lets work together to try and make your dream a reality. ❤️

Slide into the weekend feeling brand new!

Massage isn't always about releasing stubborn tension, sometimes it's simply helping your mind and body reconnect.

Look out for signs your body or nervous system is struggling like achey joints or limbs for no reason, insomnia and waking in the night, headaches and brain fog.

Relax and reconnect with your body and your mind will thank you.
