A little update for you. Benches just need copious amounts of sanding.

Bring the scent of the Nordic forest home.

Our signature Sauna Hus Sauna Essence has been created to capture the fresh, clean aroma of Scandinavian pine forests. Add just a few drops to your sauna water and enjoy an authentic Nordic löyly that transforms every sauna session.

It’s not just for the sauna either. Many people enjoy adding a few drops to a bowl of hot water and inhaling the steam to help soothe a blocked nose and ease sinus congestion.*

Whether you’re unwinding after a wild swim, a day on the trails, or simply taking a moment for yourself, Sauna Hus Sauna Essence helps create the perfect atmosphere.

🌲 Available during all Sauna Hus sessions for you to experience.
🛍️ Bottles are also available to purchase, so you can enjoy the Sauna Hus experience at home.

Experience the scent of Scandinavia. 🇫🇮🇸🇪

We have a home! 🔥🇫🇮🇸🇪

We’re just putting the finishing touches in place before we reveal our new home… and we can’t wait to share it with you.

The location gives us plenty of space to create something really special, with plans for:
🧘 Yoga & Sauna sessions
🌕 Full Moon Sauna evenings
👩 Women-only sauna sessions
👨 Men-only sauna sessions
🔥 Community sauna sessions
💛 Wellness events
💪 Outdoor fitness sessions led by qualified instructors
🎉 And much more throughout the year.

This is so much more than just a sauna… it’s the beginning of a Scandinavian-inspired wellness community, bringing together the very best of Finnish 🇫🇮 and Swedish 🇸🇪 sauna culture.

Watch this space… the reveal is coming very soon.

A delay in the build due to participation in summer fun so slowly slowly we are nearing completion. The sauna Hus will be a mobile sauna for your events.

03/06/2026

A big thank you to for the signage on the sauna.

It’s in, it’s done. A couple of teething problems with the stove but happy with the build so far.

31/05/2026

First burn and it really has a great flow to it. Curing the stove paint as there was a bit of damage during transit.

30/05/2026

The stove is in! And, it went in ok. So for the rest of the day a bit of internal wax and then it’s on to the bench.

27/05/2026

Finally the stove is here!!! Just before I head of to Scotland for a few weeks. Hopefully I can get this installed this weekend and then the bench and we are ready.
