A little throwback to a very special moment. 💜

Being recognised as a Belfast International Homecoming Ambassador in 2023 was a real privilege.

For me, leadership has always been about people, connections and creating opportunities that make a difference.

From social work and safeguarding to entrepreneurship, international collaboration and public speaking, it’s been quite a journey.

And I’m only getting started! ✨

One lesson stands out:

Resilience isn’t about how much more we can carry. Sometimes it’s about recognising what needs to change.

Compassionate leadership, good supervision and psychologically safe workplaces matter.
