There is no safe limit for exposure to UV radiation from sunbeds.

Research shows people who have used a sunbed at least once at any stage in their life have a 20% higher risk of developing melanoma skin cancer, than people who have never used a sunbed.

Martin McLaughlin and his daughter ran the Belfast Pink Run for a very special reason❤️‍🩹

“My daughter and I ran in the Belfast Pink Run in memory of my fiancé, who passed away in March of this year. It was a tough battle with cancer filled with hopes and fears, but we were happy we could raise money in her name and help support other local women who are on a similar journey. We miss her every day.

My advice is if you are experiencing any unusual symptoms to go and see your GP. Louise refused to go to the hospital for months, and we will never know if they would have changed her outcome. Life is too short and precious to risk waiting.”

Breast cancer will affect 1 in 8 women in Northern Ireland. This October, help us support local women and families impacted by the disease. Just £31 could fund 30 minutes of vital breast cancer support services.

Breast cancer waiting times in Northern Ireland remain unacceptably long, with only 6.2% of people with an urgent breast cancer referral being seen within the 14-day target❗

With 1 in 8 women expected to be diagnosed with breast cancer during their lifetime. This , we're calling for urgent action to tackle waiting times and improve outcomes for patients.
