Read until the end 😆 I saw this chair today, we can sell an equivalent one for about £400 less. So why was Mark looking at shops in a town centre today? Not 🎄 shopping, that’s done on 24th December 🤣.

We always suggest a new battery charger when we fit new batteries. Some people question us and think we’re just trying to make money out of them. This is a charger that’s 2 years old and failed. Chargers start at £32 and go up to £90 depending on size. So if you pay £370 for 75Ah batteries and decline a new charger for £80 and the existing charger damages the new batteries it invalidates the warranty and you lose £370. That’s the only reason we recommend a new charger. We discount new chargers when sold with new batteries by £10 to try and help you.

We can test your charger if you prefer for £15.

Another week gone in a flash, I thought today would be quiet due to the weather, how wrong I was.
A pre owned one was sold at Eastbourne, unfortunately there’s a local guy on Facebook who thinks it’s ok to rip people off, we’ve had at least 3 people come to us that are victims of his behaviour. One woman Brandon went too was in tears, she literally had no money to buy another scooter after he’d ripped her off. Be careful buying privately if you don’t know what you’re looking at. Any decent seller should agree to you asking us to check it over before buying it.
We have new scooters from £500 now and we offer interest free credit through a third party. No hard credit search and most seem to qualify. Please do not borrow if you’ll struggle to repay it. Speak to us if you’re struggling and we will see if we can help.
The shops are looking good apart from the brown boxes, I think I need to do something with them, we take pride in our shops like we do our customer service. The amazing team have all worked hard this week and have provided many products that will give people independence and make living that little bit easier.

Customer caught the wiring loom in the tiller knuckle and damaged the wire. We ordered a new loom, fitted it and still had the same problem, after trying the obvious we found it. Ignore the broken wire, can you spot the problem?

We often share the 5 star reviews as that’s what we normally get, well we have our first 1 star review in almost 10 years of trading. Seriously not impressed! They really have a vivid imagination, maybe they should take up writing stories. First they left a 5 star review as everything was great, 4 weeks later we are the worse company on the planet 😂. Apparently he’s too tall for it. I’m brief he called us and ordered a scooter over the phone, he wanted a specific make and model, we took a deposit and ordered it. It was delivered, he was over the moon, now not so. I’ve refused a refund as it’s damaged and he’s taken 4 weeks to tell us, had he contacted me within a couple of days I’d have happily sorted something out. Honestly what’s he’s written never happened 😂
