In the rush of everyday life, it's so easy to become disconnected from ourselves.
We move from one task to the next, looking after everyone else, carrying stress in our shoulders, jaw, hips and back, often without even noticing.

Taking time to pause isn't a luxury, it's an opportunity to come back to yourself.
To reset your nervous system. To reconnect with your body. To release long-held tension. To create space to breathe, feel and simply be.

When your body and mind begin to work together again, you feel more grounded, more present and more like yourself.
Sometimes, giving yourself that space is exactly what you need.

This is the heart of my work.

Every session is intuitively tailored to your individual needs, combining therapeutic bodywork, energy healing and carefully chosen holistic practices to create space for greater ease, mobility, regulation and overall wellbeing.

If you're feeling the need to pause, I'd be honoured to hold that space for you.

Much love,
ViVi ✨

Enjoying a slower day today before another busy week begins. Today is all about rest, recalibration and filling my own cup.

My heart is full of gratitude for every person who reaches out, books a session and trusts me to support them. Holding space for this work continues to bring me so much joy and purpose, and it's something I never take for granted.

The space is all set for tomorrow.

Hello beautiful people ✨
It’s been a little while since my last appearance on here… life has definitely been life-ing, but here I am.

While I’ve been quieter on social media these past couple of months, the work and care behind the scenes have very much continued at full speed.

For those who don’t know me, I’m Vivi, the heart behind ViVi Holistics. I’ve been a holistic therapist for 22 years and I absolutely love supporting body and mind coherence, deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, chronic tension release, lymphatic flow and energetic balance.

My intention is to create a safe and grounded container where you can reconnect with yourself, create inner space and return to a greater sense of balance and wellbeing.

All sessions are bespoke and intuitively tailored, supporting the physical, mental, emotional and energetic body as a whole.

If you feel the need to decompress, reconnect, release built-up tension or simply take a moment to slow down and receive… I would absolutely love to support you on your journey.

All bookings are directly with me, best via WhatsApp on 07792 404232.
Much love,
Vivi ✨

This was this morning, the first sun rays finding their way into the therapy space .

It's been a very productive week
Grateful for every moment, every body, every exchange.
Now gently shifting into a slower rhythm for the bank holiday weekend.

Wishing you a whole weekend with a little more light in it.
Love, ViVi x

Sometimes, without even realising, we disconnect from our body.
Stress builds, life speeds up, and autopilot takes over.
We shift into survival mode… doing, pushing, getting through.

But the body is always here. Waiting.
Coming back is so important and doesn’t have to be complicated.

It can be as simple as pausing for a moment…
feeling your breath…
noticing where your body is holding…
softening what you can.

Awareness is the doorway.
When you feel it, you can shift it.
When you notice it, you begin to release it.

This is where change starts.
Right here, in the present moment.

My Brazil trip has come to an end.
It was a time with so many with beautiful moments, meaningful connections and special experiences. I’m back with a full heart, gratitude doesn’t even come close.

Now I’m looking forward to easing back into my activities and allowing this expanded version of me to express itself through light, presence and alignment.

Here we go.
Much love to all. 🇧🇷✨🇬🇧

Taking a few days to decompress in this little Brazilian paradise. Sao Miguel do Gostoso -RN is a nature's gem.

This kind of time is pure medicine for the soul and reminds me what life is really about.
Presence.
Grounding.
Inner connection.
Feeling the elements, the sea, the healing energy of the sun and the deep nourishment that nature brings.
Allowing my heart and soul to fully recharge, so I can return to life and to those I hold space for with fullness, clarity and a replenished energy.

With love from Brazil 🇧🇷🌿

One week on Brazilian land and my heart feels deeply nourished.
This time here has been healing, grounding and incredibly important for my soul.

I was blessed to spend my birthday surrounded by family and friends, reconnecting with my roots, love and the simple joy of being together.

Today I also want to honour all the incredible women who have crossed my path.
Happy International Women’s Day to each of you.
I am deeply grateful for this beautiful life force that connects us all.
May we continue walking our paths with love, strength and truth, supporting one another along the way.

With love from Brazil 🇧🇷
