Our last Sundays & Wednesdays, warma of August this Sunday 16th and next Wednesday 19th.

It’s been so very sweaty outside!
But as we’ve previously shared, saunas actually help our bodies cope in high temperatures… With that and a plunge pool you’ll be doing your body and mind a favour.

Come and unwind down at tin peaks 🌞🌀♨️

The health benefits of regular sauna sessions are incredible and have been casually blowing our minds. We've picked out our magic three💫.

The research is based on a landmark Finnish study that followed more than 2,300 middle-aged men over a 20-year period, beginning in 1984. The findings revealed that frequent, regular sauna use was strongly associated with a longer life and a significantly reduced risk of cardiovascular and neurological diseases🫀🧠.

While no single study tells the whole story, the evidence is compelling—and it's just one of the many reasons we're big believers in making sauna a regular part of your wellness routine 🌅

Reflections on our first month in our beautiful abode ✨

Since opening our doors on 31st May, it's been a joy to welcome you to warma. Seeing people slow down, reconnect and soak up the benefits of the sauna and cold plunge has made this first month real special..

We're incredibly grateful for everyone's support as we get into the groove as a new business.

As summer unfolds, we hope warma continues to be a place where you can recharge find a little restoration, and hang! We can't wait to welcome familiar faces back, and to meet many new ones too.

We're open on alternate Wednesdays and Sundays at Tin Peaks, in the heart of Digbeth. Next date this Sunday 5th..

Book your sauna session via the link in our bio (or head to warmasauna.co.uk). We hope to see you soon. 🤍🔥
