Feeling stressed, or could it be something more? 😟

is a normal part of life, but when it becomes persistent, it can start affecting us in ways we don't always recognise.

Our Clinical Advisor, Dr Suzanne Wylie, has been speaking to about stress and some of the physical and emotional signs that can be easy to overlook.

From changes in sleep and energy levels to physical symptoms and simply feeling as though you're constantly running on empty, sometimes our bodies can be telling us that something isn't quite right.

Recognising those signs matters, particularly when stress begins to affect your everyday life and wellbeing.

💙 Great to see Dr Wylie sharing her clinical expertise and helping to raise awareness of an issue that so many people experience.

Can really help with symptoms of Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD)?

It's a conversation that's increasingly appearing online, with some women reporting improvements in symptoms after taking traditionally used for .

Our Clinical Advisor, Dr Suzanne Wylie, spoke to UK about why there may be biological reasons behind the growing interest, but also why the evidence isn't yet strong enough to recommend antihistamines as a treatment for PMDD.

As Dr Wylie explains, symptoms such as persistent fatigue, headaches, mood changes, sleep disturbance or palpitations shouldn't simply be assumed to be hormonal, and speaking to a healthcare professional can help rule out other causes and identify appropriate treatment.

It's another important conversation around women's health, emerging health trends and the importance of evidence-based advice.

👏 A fantastic feature from Dr Wylie and HuffPost UK.
