Two networks in one week!!

Lancaster Covem: Ladies Empowerment Circles Tuesday which as always is a gorgeous meeting, the energy in the room and the women who joined us are all so inspiring and supportive of each other.

Then today I travelled over to Preston, despite the traffic j had a lovely morning at IN business Preston with Ellie Ultimate-Health as speaker who always has so much great advice and tips to share.

Loved sharing how amazing KORE therapy Reiki and Coaching with NLP and mBIT truly are and together the transformation is gorgeous.

I’ve realised this afternoon that Lancaster Covem has been running for 12 months and what a beautiful time we have all had at every single meeting.

💫The women that join us on a Tuesday morning at Greaves Park certainly leave feeling better than when they came

💫Today we had another fantastic meeting filled with laughter, chat, and truly heartfelt support for each other.

💫Super proud of the community we have built in Lancaster and to each and every woman who has stepped foot in our gorgeous space, I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for trusting in me to provide a warm and special space to welcome you to.

❤️Today we had the absolutely gorgeous Ellie Ultimate-Health as our speaker and display, who always fills the room with love for other women, positivity and fun! As always there was lots to think about and how to make small changes in your daily life to make a positive difference in your wellbeing.

A reminder about the language we use

In coaching these words pop up, it does for me too!!! The wisdom comes from the Coach being able to skilfully ask the right questions that support you to pause, reflect and bring awareness to the words you are using.

Being curious as to why you have used those words and digging deeper to find out what lies beneath, how to change the language so that you have options and can challenge what and how you are saying things and use other words to support you to embrace and to know there are better ways to use language that better supports your body and mind. 🙏💛

A Question to ask yourself if you are often saying “I should…….”

Who says you should?

Can you reframe it?

Change the words and feel how it changes how it feels for you.
What do you notice?
What can you hear differently?

Reframe the words…..

I’m happy when I have done…….

I get to choose to do………….
