WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS AT A SOUND BATH? 🎶

You simply get comfortable and allow the sounds of crystal bowls, gongs and other instruments to fill the space around you.

There is nothing you need to achieve and no previous experience is required. It is an opportunity to pause, breathe and step away from the noise of everyday life.

Many people use sound baths to support relaxation, meditation and personal reflection.

Our next Rogerstone sessions are:

✨ Tuesday 13 October at 7pm
✨ Saturday 24 October at 10:30am
✨ £10 per person

Contact Darren on 07826 040728 to reserve your place.

Tag someone who deserves some peaceful time for themselves.

🌿 BREATHE • GROUND • BEGIN AGAIN 🌿

If today feels overwhelming, pause for a moment.

Place both feet on the floor, relax your shoulders and take three slow breaths.

You do not need to solve everything at once. Sometimes the most helpful thing you can do is steady yourself and begin again with one small step.

Save this post for the next time you need a gentle reminder.
