✨New monthly Thursday daytime Soundbath✨

11.45am to 12.45pm

This crystal bowl Soundbath is held in ‘The Shala’ (studio). The floor is laid on a crystal grid, with underfloor infrared heating, and has a dragon ley line running across the back of the studio. It’s a splendid and most powerful space.

My Soundbath follows on from a yoga session held by Claire Donovan (the owner of Merkabah Retreat). So if you feel to have a restorative morning, you can also book into Claire’s yoga class via her website. You can find more details via the the Merkabah Instagram page (a collaborator on this post)

A weekend of being close to nature.

We had another adventure in Betty Wildwee 🚐

Headed to Wales - my beautiful homeland.

For me, there are so many layers of wellness we can do to flourish, for our minds and bodies. Being out in nature, connecting with the temperature and elements, barefoot, cold and hot exposure through saunas/cold dipping, long walks, chats whilst sipping cacao.

Garth Glamping is a family run business located on the outskirts of Cardiff, on the River Taff. Gerwyn and Jordan have created something quite extraordinary here. It’s all in the detail, and they have not missed a thing. Surrounded by trees, Garth Hill, and so much greenery 🌲

There is a sauna here, that can be booked regardless of whether you are camping. In fact I met 4 lovely local people on Saturday whilst we were sharing the communal sauna. Great chats. A lovely way to start the day.

Check out Garth Glamping and Wild at Garth Sauna. You won’t be disappointed. Keep an eye on their socials, as there is more wellness to come, and a festival next Summer (some might say I have a teeny tiny obsession for festivals 😜).
