REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
It has come to our attention that some of our
customers are having difficulty in collecting their
prescriptions.
We can assure you that we take your repeat
prescriptions requests every day to the local
surgeries. Our pharmacy driver hand delivers
them to the surgery reception every morning.
We then rely on the surgeries to process your
requests and send them to your nominated
pharmacy. Recently this has not been happening
with Avisford Surgery. We are not sure why and we
are trying to get a solution to this problem.
If you are having issues could you please check
that your pharmacy nomination is correct.
Our Pharmacist has been in contact with Avisford
to try and get the service resumed.
We never like our customers being
inconvenienced and are trying our very best to get
this sorted for you all.

We have had a very busy year including the long awaited opening of our new Croft Pharmacy premises. Our team has settled in well now and we look forward to be able to offer further services in the new year.
