Bespoke Community Care is looking for a dedicated Family Assistant / Housekeeper to support a busy, professional household.

If you have an eye for detail, a passion for cooking, and a reliable nature, this unique morning role is for you!

🕒 The Details:

• Hours: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
• Location: Worsley
• Type: Part-time, morning shift

Rate of pay is £14.00.an hour.

📋 What You’ll Do:

• Home Management: Maintain the flawless upkeep of a high-end 4-5 bedroom home.

• Family Cooking: Plan and prepare delicious meals to keep the family well-fed.

• Morning Support: Assist a professional business woman by driving her child to school.

👤 Who We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience managing high-end, luxury private residences.
• Confident culinary skills with a love for family cooking.
• A highly organized, punctual, and trustworthy professional.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required for school runs).

At Bespoke Community Care, we believe care is about much more than just ticking boxes, it’s about building meaningful relationships, protecting dignity, and bringing genuine joy to someone’s day.

We are looking for a compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team in Ladybridge and Lostock! 🏡

💰 Pay: £12.80 - £13.30/hour (based on experience) + mileage allowance

⏰ Hours: Flexible part-time hours between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm

🚗 Requirements: Must be a driver with a vehicle, and available for alternate weekend shifts.

What you’ll be doing:

You'll be helping our lovely clients live independently by assisting with companionship, shopping trips, preparing delicious home-cooked meals, and light housekeeping (like laundry and tidying). Previous experience supporting a loved one with Alzheimer's is a wonderful plus, but not required as full training is provided!

When I started this journey, my goal was to support as many clients as possible. Being able to grow the business and expand my team to do exactly that has been a dream come true.

I have the most fantastic team right now—each person brings a unique spark that truly changes our clients' lives for the better. (We’re missing our newest sidekick while she’s on holiday for four days, but we can't wait to have her back!)

Your day-to-day will be beautifully varied. You won't just be providing support; you’ll be making a home feel like a home. This involves:

Nutritional Care: Cooking fresh, comforting, home-made meals.

Home Comforts: Ensuring our clients' homes remain neat, tidy, and organized.

Specialist Support: Providing gentle, patient, and understanding care for individuals living with dementia and Alzheimer’s.

What We Are Looking For, You don’t need a lifetime of corporate care experience to excel here—we hire for heart! We just ask that you have:

A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine passion for helping others.

Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care (either professionally or from caring for a family member).

Great home skills, including a knack for home-cooked meals and maintaining a tidy space.

A reliable vehicle and valid UK driving licence to safely transport clients to parks and appointments.

Because our clients live in different neighbourhoods, we are looking for workers to cover specific areas.

📍 We need one person for each of these areas:

Position 1: Must be able to work in Lostock and Ladybridge (Bolton)

Position 2: Must be able to work in Roe Green and Astley (Worsley/Tyldesley area)

🚗 What We Need From You:Must be available to start this September

Must be able to work weekends

Must be able to drive (with access to a vehicle)

Flexible and reliable attitude

🏡 The Role Involves:

Helping our lovely clients live independently by assisting with:

General cleaning and keeping the home tidy.

Laundry, ironing, and bed-making.

Preparing delicious, home-cooked meals.

Companionship, shopping trips, and going to appointments.

💰 What We Offer:

Starting pay from £12.80 up to £13.30 per hour (depending on experience)

Full training provided

Full insurance and peace of mind

A supportive, friendly team environment (all positions are subject to a standard DBS check)
