💚 A gentle reminder this World Mental Health Day: you don't have to be okay all the time. 🤍

Some days, life feels heavier than words can explain. Getting out of bed takes everything you've got. Your mind won't quiet down, your heart feels tired, and even the smallest things seem overwhelming.

If that's where you are right now, please be gentle with yourself. 🌿

You don't have to hide your tears, force a smile, or pretend to be strong for everyone else. You're allowed to rest. You're allowed to struggle. You're allowed to ask for help. You don't have to reach your breaking point before your pain deserves to be taken seriously. 🫂❤️

And if you've been fighting battles in silence, I hope you know how much it matters that you're still trying. Even when progress feels invisible, even when you're taking things one hour at a time, your efforts count. You are not a failure for having difficult days, and you are not weak for needing someone beside you. ✨

Please remember that you don't have to find the perfect words to explain what's hurting. Sometimes, simply saying “I'm not okay, and I need someone” is enough to begin. You deserve to be heard, supported, and cared for without having to pretend you're fine. 💗

You are more than your hardest days. More than your anxious thoughts. More than the battles no one sees.

You are worthy of love, deserving of peace, and important even when you struggle to see your own worth. 🌷

Today, check on someone you love. Listen without judgment. Offer kindness without waiting for a reason.

🚀 To infinity… and beyond! ⭐️🧸

Today our team transformed into Toy Story characters and other fun dress up for our children’s flu clinic! 💙

We wanted to make the experience a little more fun and less daunting for our younger patients, so our nurses got into the spirit of the day and we even prepared special goody bags for the children who came along.

A huge well done to our fantastic team for going the extra mile to make today such a lovely experience for our little patients. 🥰

Thank you to all the children who have booked so far — this clinic is on until 2pm, so if your little ones would like to come for their flu nasal, please call us!
