☀️ SOME OF US ARE BUILT DIFFERENTLY…

Jamie and Caroline are passionate about helping people move better. Just slightly less passionate about moving before 8am. 😂

Alasdair, on the other hand, is ready and raring to go!

Alasdair is BACK with new sports massage hours!

🗓️ November
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 7am–11am

🗓️ From December
Thursdays | 7am–11am
Saturdays | 11am–2pm

Whether you're an early bird looking to get your massage in before work or prefer a weekend appointment, we've got you covered.

Being able to predict this is not unique to us alone. It is something that practitioners around the world have found! The first phase reduces your discomfort to allow your body to strengthen and heal itself. It all depends on the cause of your issues.
Of course there are exceptions to this and some people get better faster or slower. But the main thing is that you are getting the results you are looking for.

We have many different methods up our sleeves! Adjusting, mobilising, exercising, dry needling and dry cupping to name a few!!
Here is an insight into a chiropractic session with Caroline with a focus in the video on dry cupping so you can see what it is like! We always do a full assessment before deciding on the most effective and appropriate plan for your body.

I can’t believe we’re finally announcing this! 🥹🎉

After years of hard work, blood, sweat and tears, Jamie has officially qualified as a Doctor of Chiropractic!🥳

He’s now received the go ahead from the General Chiropractic Council and is officially registered and ready to start seeing patients at Evolv Health!

It’s been a HUGE journey to get here, and we couldn’t be prouder of him. ❤️

And what better way to celebrate than with an introductory offer…

**50% OFF Jamie’s new patient appointments**

This offer is available for his first 10 new patients only, so if you’ve been thinking about booking in with Jamie, now is the time!

And tell your friends, family, colleagues, neighbours… basically anyone who could benefit from some help with their aches, pains and movement! 😂

Welcome to the world of chiropractic, Dr Jamie! 🎓🩺💚

Nervous about having your neck adjusted? You’re definitely not the only one.

For some people, the thought of an adjustment can feel pretty daunting, especially if they’ve never experienced one before.

That’s why we take the time to explain what we’re doing, answer questions and make sure you feel comfortable before we start.

You’re always in control of your appointment!!!

Have you ever left a healthcare appointment feeling like there wasn't enough time? Enough time to explain, ask questions or to understand what was really going on.

We created Evolv Health because we believe great care starts by listening.
Your body, your lifestyle and your goals are unique, so your care should be too. That's why every new patient appointment is a full hour, giving us the time to understand your story, carry out a thorough assessment and create a plan that's right for you.

For some people that means chiropractic care.
For others it's sports therapy, acupuncture, rehabilitation or simply understanding why their body feels the way it does.
There isn't one answer that works for everyone, and we think that's exactly how it should be.
What would you want from your ideal healthcare appointment?

I finally managed to get some footage of the boys. You know what it can be like. Getting your face out there is so important but as practitioners that wasn’t part of the job role!
All jokes aside, we love what we do and want to make sure our patients get the best care we can give 🙌

Meet Alasdair, our new Sports Massage Therapist!

We are so excited to welcome him to the EVOLV HEALTH team. He has a degree in sports science, is a qualified personal trainer and sports massage therapist and brings over a decade of experience both on and off the football pitch. His passion for sport has taken him to Dubai Sweden and Gibraltar where he had the opportunity to learn from experienced coaches and trainers whilst developing his knowledge of performance, recovery and rehabilitation. What really stood out to us though wasn’t his experience it was his passion for helping people, his approachable personality and his commitment to making every patient feel comfortable and supported. He’s also just as high energy as we are!

To celebrate him joining the EVOLV HEALTH team we are offering 50% off sports massage appointments during his first few weeks in August.

If you’ve been living with tight muscles, persistent tension, all those niggles that just won’t go away, now is the perfect time to give your body the attention it deserves.

Introductory appointments are limited so book early to secure your space. Please join us in giving him a warm Evolv welcome in the comments below.👇
