The Harmonise Training Academy 200 hour Yoga teacher training is an in-depth and comprehensive Somatic Inspired - Hatha and Vinyasa flow course designed to deepen your knowledge of Yoga, enhance self development and start a successful career in teaching.

We have a maximum of 12 students on each course, ensuring you receive a high level of tutor interaction and expert instruction throughout.

You will be teaching from the first weekend, and we split the group into 2 or 3 smaller groups across 2 or 3 studios.

We bring in extra assessors so you have the opportunity to practice teaching to a small group of students with individual feedback throughout the course.

Courses take place at Revitalise in Brighton who host a wide range of experienced yoga and pilates teachers offering a variety of classes to the local community.

Do you want to meet the tutors and experience our classes? Sign up free for:

This is one of those poses either in Yin or Yang yoga that divides opinion. I hear in class and retreat 'oh noo' when I start to demo what is coming (I never say the name of the pose first so students don't know what's about to come and then it's too late 🤣 )

Are you a 1. or a 2. from the photos? I'm a 1 all the way 😬

Benefits include hip opening, stretching the glutes and TFL, can release tension in the lower back & promotes hydration to the fascia of the pelvis.

In Yin, we would add the TCM benefits of working with the liver and kidney meridians, gallbladder and urinary meridians.

Known in Yang as Cow Face pose and in Yin as Shoelace pose.

You know you love it. Are you 1 or 2? 👇

Felt cute.... might delete later 🤣

It can be a looooong road to find self acceptance, even self love. We seek validation through another, to make up for the lack we can feel within.

But ultimately, like everything, its an inside job. Seeking 'outside' will only keep us in a loop of rinse and repeat until we take the time (and sometimes pain) to be with what made us feel not good enough in the first place.

I continue to travel on that road of self acceptance, and I hope to inspire others to join me. The funny thing is, the more I tend to my inner world, I trust the outer world to also show up in ways I can't yet see.

No lessons on Earth come easily, but the rewards have the highest potential.

My promise to myself as I enter a new decade; be vulnerable. What's there to hide from?!

Shout out to my soul sister Abigail | Energy Light Healing for your magic and inspiration. You've helped me more than you know 😘

Holding space for you that follow me as you hold space for me too 🫶🏽

With self love

Thank you ✨️

I'm so so grateful that I get to spend time holding space for all of you that turn up and journey through these teachings with me 🙏🏽

10 years ago when I qualified as a teacher, it was for my own practice. I had no intention in sharing anything or the confidence to either. 10 years on, we've just sold out two big retreat venues in a year, I'm teaching aspiring teachers on a training course, I've travelled the world to learn from the most amazing leaders and most importantly, I've made many friends along the way 🫶🏽

Your support & interest in what I have to offer, means so much to me.

Behind the scenes it can be messy at times. I get it wrong, burn out from time to time, sometimes I cry (& mess up my accounts lol) but that's part of the experience. Learning and growing in this crazy time on mother earth 🌎

I don't always say it enough but I always feel it. Thank you!!

I can't wait to see you again soon 🙌🏽 om shanti.

Much love and appreciation 💛
Jay

Om Shanti Shanti Shanti Om 🕉

Peace

Consciousness

To honour the universe

I recently led a group in chanting this mantra in circle together. To channel the awareness of peace that lies within.

The outside world is often of caos, division, political noise. But behind that, in front of that and around that, is stillness. Is Shanti.

It's hard to see truth sometimes when we are being pulled to be anything but peaceful. That's the point of mindful attention though, to see beyond the illusion of the projection shown to us.

Shanti is an inside job first, the quicker people realise that the quicker it will become visible on the outside too.

What can you do to bring more peace to your inner world first?

Om Shanti. Peace ✌️

Jay ♥️
