💉 Who is eligible for the NHS COVID-19 Vaccine?As we head into the season, the NHS is offering the COVID-19 vaccine to those at highest risk of serious illness. Protection fades over time, so topping up your immunity helps keep you safe!You may be eligible if you are:🧓 Aged 75 or over (including those turning 75 by 31 January)🏠 A resident in a care home for older adults🛡️ Aged 6 months to 74 years with a weakened immune system (immunosuppressed due to a health condition or treatments like chemotherapy, blood cancer care, or long-term steroids)📅 Booking Your Appointment:Eligible individuals can book an appointment via the NHS Website, use the NHS App, or call 119.Check your status and get protected!

Free NHS MenB Vaccine
The following groups are eligible for a free NHS MenB vaccine:
Year 13 students born between 1 September 2007 and 31 August 2008
Undergraduate freshers born on or after 21 July 2001 starting university for the first time in autumn 2026
Students born on or after 21 July 2001 starting further education for the first time and living in college or halls accommodation
International and devolved-nation students attending eligible settings in England
First doses are available until 31 December 2026 and second doses until 31 March 2027.

Has your Son or Daughter had their free NHS Meningitis B vaccination yet before the go to higher Education. If not get them come to University Pharmacy on University of Sussex campus, next to the Student Centre Monday to Friday9am to 5pm.

No appointment needed.

2nd dose can be administered even if first one not done at the pharmacy.

Free parking for up to one hour.

If new to the University - can get your 2nd dose if you haven't had the first one with us.

University of Brighton students are also eligible and welcome.
