Have you been putting up with bloating, constipation, IBS, reflux or other digestive symptoms for far too long?

Sometimes the hardest part is knowing where to start. There’s so much conflicting advice online that it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and wonder what will actually work for you.

That’s exactly why I offer a free 30-minute Digestion Rescue Session.

It's a relaxed, friendly chat where you can tell me what's been going on, ask any questions you have, and we'll explore what might be contributing to your symptoms. I'll explain how I work and whether nutritional therapy could help you get back to feeling like yourself again.

There's no pressure and no obligation to book a programme afterwards. My aim is simply to give you clarity and help you decide on the best next step.

If you're ready to take that first step towards happier digestion, I'd love to chat.

Healthy living doesn't have to be complicated.

We often think we need to overhaul everything to feel better, but in reality it's the small things we do consistently that make the biggest difference.

You don't need a perfect diet or a strict routine. Start with one simple habit and build from there. Drink a little more water. Go for a walk. Add some protein to your breakfast. Get to bed a little earlier. Every small step counts.

Looking after your health isn't about being perfect – it's about making choices that help you feel your best, one day at a time.

Which of these 10 habits do you already do well, and which one could you focus on this week? I'd love to hear in the comments.

If you're struggling to know where to start or would like some personalised support, send me a message. Sometimes a few simple changes can make a much bigger difference than you think.

If you're anything like me, lunches can get very repetitive. It's so easy to fall into the habit of making the same thing every day until you suddenly realise you're completely fed up with it!

To give you a bit of fresh inspiration, I've put together a collection of my favourite quick, simple and nutritious lunch ideas. They're perfect for busy days, whether you're making lunch for yourself, the kids or the whole family.

As always, there's nothing complicated or time-consuming here. I'm a big believer in a no-faff approach to food – delicious meals that are easy to prepare and fit into real life.

If you'd like a FREE copy, just leave a comment below, send me a DM, or get in touch through my website and I'll happily send it over.

I love this recipe, so simple and also quite flexible. Feel free to mix and match some of the ingredients to use up what you have or your own personal preferences.

❤️ Line a 20cm x 20cm square tin with baking paper.
❤️ In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter (or cashew butter), chopped dates and vanilla extract until well combined.
❤️ Add the rolled oats, chopped dark chocolate and cashew nuts.
❤️ Stir until all the ingredients are evenly coated. The mixture may seem a little dry at first but will come together as you mix.

❤️ Transfer the mixture to the prepared tin and press it down firmly into an even layer.
❤️ Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
❤️ Remove from the tin and cut into 8 bars.
❤️ Store the granola bars in an airtight container in the fridge and pack one into a lunchbox when needed.

❤️Top Tip: These bars can be frozen for up to 3 months. Wrap each bar individually before freezing, then simply transfer one to a lunchbox in the morning.

It’s been a while since I introduced myself, so if you’re new here, welcome! Here’s a little about me…

I’m Ruth, a nutritional therapist based in Brighton, where I live with my partner and our 12-year-old twins. Life is busy, so I completely understand the challenge of trying to eat well when you’re juggling work, family and everything else. That’s why my nutrition programmes are full of practical, time-saving tips and realistic advice that fits into everyday life. Nothing too faffy makes it onto our dinner table!

One of the things I love most about living in Brighton is being by the sea. My favourite time of day is first thing in the morning, cycling down to the beach with a flask of matcha and enjoying a few peaceful moments before the day begins.

If you're struggling with your gut health, digestion or simply want to feel healthier, I'd love to help. Feel free to send me a DM, leave a comment below, or book a free initial consultation through my website. I look forward to chatting with you.

I love the change of season, and autumn has to be one of my favourites. The rich colours, the crisp mornings and the slightly cooler weather always make it feel like the perfect time for a fresh start.

For me, it's a chance to slow down, reflect, check in with how I'm feeling and put a little more focus back on myself.

This isn't the time for a radical overhaul or an all-or-nothing approach. Often, one small healthy habit is all it takes to start building momentum again.

So here's my challenge for you: choose just one habit. Repeat it consistently over the next few weeks until it no longer feels like something you have to remember to do, it simply becomes part of who you are and how you live.

If you'd like a little extra support, message me or comment below and I'll send you my free Healthy Habits eBook, complete with a habit tracker to help you stay on track.

I'm reading a great book at the moment which is very much the 'water off a duck's back' approach to life that I remember my Grandfather saying when I was a kid - .."don't worry about it love, it's water off a ducks back...." it basically boils down to shrug your shoulders and think 'let them' think that, do that, say that etc as you can't control what other people do or say so you might as well stop trying to or worrying about it. Mel Robbins also factors in 'let me' which when you've shrugged your shoulders then challenges you think about the things you can control - ie. your own thoughts and actions. Just thinking 'let them' isn't always easy of course, but if you can follow this most of the time, is a good approach for reducing stress.

This little guide isn't a programme. It isn't a challenge. It isn't asking you to overhaul anything, give anything up, or become a different person by next week. It's asking you to do one thing.

That's it. One habit. Repeated consistently over the next eight weeks until it stops feeling like effort and starts feeling like just... what you do.

Because here's what I've seen, working with people exactly like you: it's never the big dramatic overhaul that changes things. It's the accumulation of one small decision, made consistently, over time. The breakfast you actually sit down to eat. The walk you take before the day gets away from you. The bedtime you finally start keeping. Small things. Repeated. Until they're just part of who you are.

Summer, Christmas, life sometimes gets in the way of our habits. Work is busy, the
routine goes out of the window, the kids are around, or the social calendar fills up,
and suddenly things are completely out of control.

But what if this time it was different? Not because you did more. Because you did
one thing, and you did it well.

Inside this guide you'll find a menu of 25 habits to choose from - or bring your
own. You'll find the science behind why this approach actually works. And you'll
find a simple tracker to keep you honest over the weeks ahead.

Pick your habit. Make your commitment. Show up for it.

That's the whole plan.

Message me, DM me or comment below to get your copy, let me know how you get on. X
