For a long time, I think I was so caught up in being a mum, a wife, and being there for everyone else, that I lost touch with a really important question:

Who am I, underneath all of those roles?
What makes me happy?
What do I want?
What am I passionate about?
And what is my purpose?

My own journey has involved slowly rediscovering those parts of myself. Learning to listen to my own needs, stop putting everyone else first, and reconnect with the person I am beyond the roles I play.

And I think this is something many of us experience, particularly as we reach a new chapter of life.

You might know that you want something to change, without knowing exactly what that something is.

You might feel restless, disconnected, or simply have that feeling that there's more for you.

This is one of the reasons I'm so drawn to Beyond Quantum Healing and Past Life Regression.

They're not about someone else telling you who you are or what your purpose should be.

They're an opportunity to slow down, turn inward and explore a deeper connection with yourself, your inner wisdom, your experiences, your patterns and perhaps even the bigger questions about your journey and purpose.
