Are you a caring, compassionate person who wants to make a real difference in someone’s life?

AliMo Care is looking for dedicated Live - In Care Workers to join our team!💜

As a Live-In Care Worker, you will provide one-to-one support to an individual in their own home, helping them remain safe, comfortable and independent while enjoying the familiarity of their own surroundings.

Your role may include:

▪ Providing personal care and daily living support
▪ Supporting with meals and nutrition
▪ Medication support
▪ Companionship and emotional support
▪ Helping with mobility and everyday activities
▪ Following individual care plans
▪ Supporting independence, dignity and choice
▪ Building a warm and trusting relationship with the person you support

🌞We’re looking for someone who is:

✔Caring, compassionate and patient
✔Reliable and responsible
✔Respectful of people's dignity and privacy
✔ A good communicator
✔Able to work independently
✔Passionate about providing high-quality care
✔Previous care experience is desirable

At AliMo Care, our carers are carefully selected, fully vetted and supported with ongoing training and supervision. We are a CQC-registered provider, rated Good, and have been supporting people in their own homes since 2010.
