Long term Team Energised member Rasmivan Collinson recently undertook a Welsh pilgrimage visiting the 7 Sri Chinmoy Peace statues, read more about his adventure below....

"I have been a student of late spiritual Master Sri Chinmoy since 2004, and in those past 22 years I have practised meditation and have had some amazing experiences being on a spiritual path. I have been part of an international team of runners running throughout Europe and USA as part of the Sri Chinmoy Oneness-Home Peace Run. I have also embraced Sri Chinmoy’s philosophy of self-transcendence by competing in numerous ultra running events.

So in June this year for 12 days I cycled around Wales covering nearly 700 miles and climbing in excess of 36,000 feet; Wales is rather undulating to say the least. It has many valleys and my route avoided some of the major busy roads as I cycled on many quiet country lanes and roads that traversed numerous hills and valleys.

What I would love to know most, is what would help you most this Autumn / like to read or listen too? Exercises, little tips, mindset, stories, do let me know?

I was listening to a podcast which said the size of our problems is the size we can grow too.

So if you have problems, distractions, procrastination or overwhelm, what can you do solve these, who could support?

For if we get help with this, we can evolve our life.... an interesting thought.
