RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus) can cause serious illness in older adults and young babies, but protection is available through the NHS vaccination programme.

✅ You may be eligible if you are:
👶 Pregnant (from 28 weeks) to help protect your baby
🫁 Aged 65-74 with certain long-term health conditions or a weakened immune system
👴 Aged 75 and over
🏡 Living in a care home for older adults

Today on remember these 6 lifesaving steps:

1️⃣ Check for breathing (if safe to approach)
2️⃣ Call 999 and shout for help
3️⃣ Start chest compressions immediately
4️⃣ Continue CPR until a defibrillator arrives
5️⃣ Follow the defibrillator or call handler instructions
6️⃣ Keep compressions going until the ambulance arrives
