Happy 80th Birthday to Cornwall Rural Community Charity 🎉

Today I had the pleasure of delivering two wonderful Sound for Wellbeing - Sound Bath sessions for the team, at the beautiful The Lost Gardens of Heligan

Both sessions were incredibly rewarding, with some lovely conversations afterwards. It was one of those days that reminded me just how powerful it is to create space for people to pause, breathe, and reconnect. The energy people bring into the room and the sense of calm they leave with makes this truly fulfilling.

As always, the experience recharged me too. 😊

It was a real pleasure to meet such a fantastic team, and I’m grateful to have been part of your celebrations. I even had the pleasure of enjoying lunch and a slice of the birthday cake! 🍰

💚 World Mental Health Day | 10 October

Self-care looks different for everyone. For some, it’s a walk in nature, a chat with a friend, a little quiet time, or simply allowing yourself to rest without feeling guilty.

For others, it might be lying down, closing your eyes, and letting the soothing sounds of singing bowls carry you away from the noise of everyday life. ✨

There is no right or wrong way to look after yourself. What matters is finding what helps you feel calmer, more connected, and a little more like yourself.

Today, let this be your gentle reminder that you matter, your wellbeing matters, and you deserve time for yourself, too. 💚
