🌙🤍 THIS SUNDAY — SUNDAY SANCTUARY SOUNDBATH 🤍🌙

As the week comes to a close, perhaps this is your gentle reminder to pause.

To put down the things you’ve been carrying.
To quieten the noise.
To breathe a little deeper.
To give yourself permission to simply be. ✨

Sunday Sanctuary is a beautiful hour of stillness, sound and intention — a space to release the energy of the week gone and gently reset for the week ahead.

There’s nothing you need to fix, nothing you need to figure out and nowhere else you need to be.

Just come as you are, get comfortable and allow the soothing vibrations of sound to hold you for a while. 🤍

🕯️ Sunday 11th October
📍 St. Bernadette’s Social Club
⏰ 7:30–8:30pm

✨ Join Me Tonight– Third Eye Chakra Journey ✨

Tonight, we continue our Journey Through the Chakras with the Third Eye Chakra 💜

This energy centre is connected to intuition, clarity, inner wisdom, and trusting yourself.

When we spend so much time focused on the outside world, we can become disconnected from our own inner guidance… leaving us feeling overwhelmed, mentally drained, or stuck in overthinking.

This session is an opportunity to slow down, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself.

Through guided meditation and sound healing, you’ll be supported to release mental clutter, restore balance, and create space for clarity and insight.

🧘‍♀️ Tuesday | 7:30–8:30pm
📍 Unsworth Cricket Club

💫 Exchange:
Adults £10
Children (Age 8+) £5

Spaces available ✨
Book here: https://bookwhen.com/holisticlifeco/e/ev-sz42f-20261006193000

Come and give yourself an hour of rest, stillness, and reconnection 💜

✨ Last night at Worsley Coffee Co 🤍

Last night’s Soundbath was a particularly emotional one for me.

Being back in this beautiful space, holding space for others while carrying so much in my own heart, was something I found difficult to put into words.

Sound has always been such a powerful way of connecting, releasing and simply allowing ourselves to feel — and last night reminded me of that in the most beautiful way. 🤍

Thank you to everyone who came, trusted the process and shared the space with me. Your presence meant more than you probably realise. 🕯️✨

I’m so grateful to be able to do what I do, even on the days when my own heart feels a little heavier.

More Soundbath dates at this stunning venue will be coming soon.

Until then, thank you for being here. 🤍

A little explanation for my silence 🤍

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been very quiet on here, and I just wanted to take a moment to explain why.

My beautiful Mum has been very poorly, and sadly, last Tuesday she gained her wings. 🕊️🤍

These past few weeks have been incredibly difficult, and my focus has understandably been with my Mum, my family and the people I love. I’ve needed to step away from Holistic Life Co for a little while and simply be present with what was happening.

I want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has been patient, understanding and supportive during this time. 🤍 Whether you’ve sent a message, checked in, waited patiently for a response, or simply given me the space to be — it has meant more than you know.

I will be gently finding my way back to Holistic Life Co, but for the time being, there will be limited soundbaths and appointments available as I continue to navigate the days ahead and spend time with my family.

I’m taking things slowly, one day at a time, and allowing myself the space to grieve without putting pressure on myself to be anything other than where I am.

Thank you for holding space for me while I’ve been holding so much myself. 🤍

With love,
Leanne x

SOUND • VIBRATION • ENERGY ✨

There’s something truly magical about experiencing a Soundbath in a space like this… 🤍

Join me at Worsley Coffee Co, a beautifully converted old chapel, where the history, atmosphere and energy of the space create the most incredible setting to simply pause, breathe and receive.

As the sounds of the crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes and other instruments fill the chapel, allow the vibrations to wash over you — helping you to release what you no longer need and create space for calm, connection and stillness. ✨

🌙 Monday 5th October
🕯️ 7:00–8:00pm
📍 Worsley Coffee Co – The Old Chapel Conversion
💫 Exchange: £12.50

Come exactly as you are. No experience needed. Just bring yourself, get comfortable and let the sound do the rest. 🤍

Please bring your pillow, blanket, eye mask and water for extra comfort.

TONIGHT 💫 JOURNEY THROUGH THE CHAKRAS — THROAT 💙

This Tuesday, we gently journey into the Throat Chakra — the space of truth, expression and finding the courage to let our voice be heard.

Sometimes we hold back the words we need to say, swallow what we truly feel, or become so used to keeping the peace that we forget to listen to ourselves.

This is an invitation to pause, soften and reconnect with your own truth.

To breathe.
To listen.
To express.
To simply be heard — by yourself, first. 💙
