I was recently asked what Reiki is… the “non-hippy” version 🤣😬

So, basically…

Reiki is a relaxing treatment where I use gentle touch, or hold my hands just above the body, while you lie down fully clothed.

There’s no massage, no talking required and nothing you need to do.

The aim is to help you slow down, relax and give your body and mind a proper chance to switch off.

You don’t need to believe in anything or be “spiritual” to have Reiki. You just come along, lie down and try to let yourself properly switch off for a while.

And hopefully leave feeling more balanced, or refreshed, or relaxed and ready for a good nights sleep.
