The countdown is officially on! We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone to Team Rees Gym for another incredible HYROX SIM!

All start times are listed in the image. Please find your name and check your allocated wave.

IMPORTANT RACE DAY INFORMATION

* Mandatory safety briefing: You MUST attend at least 30 minutes before your start time. No briefing = No participation.
* Self-timed event: Bring a smartwatch to record your finish time.
* Outdoor running: Come prepared for the weather. High-visibility clothing is recommended.
* Hydration: Bring plenty of water and stay hydrated.
* Lockers: Bring your own padlock.
* Spectators: Friends and family are more than welcome to come along and support!
* Dogs: No dogs permitted, except guide dogs.

Whether you’re chasing a PB, preparing for your next HYROX or taking on your first simulation, it’s going to be a brilliant day!
