Cup or disc? What's the difference? 🤔

Both collect your period flow internally, but they look and fit differently.
💗 Menstrual cups sit lower in the vaginal canal and collect flow in a flexible cup.
💗 Menstrual discs sit higher up, tucked behind the p***c bone. They have a wider, shallower shape, and some designs have features to make removal easier.

Neither is automatically better. It comes down to your anatomy, preferences and what feels comfortable for you.

Not all menstrual cups suit everyone... and that's OK!

If you have a low cervix, a heavier flow or have found other cups too long, the Merula Cup could be worth a look.
