Dizziness Designs ( Nicky )🤩 "Held"🪶

Morning mindfulness with this beautiful piece 😇🪶💗
Quieting the mind using the breath to ground & connect in with your higher-self is a great way to begin your day☺️

Nicky named this peice of magic✨️
✨️ " 🪽Held🤲🪶" ✨️

You don't require pretty art or crystals ect to connect back to yourself as the intention is enough😉 but I love a visual and the physical feel of precious things that have meaning for me 😇

What do you do to self regulate ready for the day? 😎☀️

The lovely🌼🪷 Kelly Meloy / Flower Essences by Kelly has entrusted me as the carer of her amazing essences ☺️
I have a small selection of her stock here at my Chatteris Crystal Room for clients to purchase for an array of different requirements🌸
My knowledge of their different benefits( apart from the obvious decriptions) is limited so do please reachout to Kelly for specialist help choosing the exact right blend for you😉
✨️I can 100% recommend these from having experience a fabulous transformation in my own wellbeing from using a unique blend that was made specifically for me🦋🌸
