Still thinking about this incredible night in Paris💜🩷

Seeing Céline Dion back on stage was really something special for me, and being there and sharing this moment with my partner made it even more special. 🙏🫂

It was not just about the music. There were so many emotions, and so many things I was reminded of while watching her.

I put some of the special moments and thoughts together in this carousel.

Swipe through, watch the videos and stay until the end. 🙏

What a special, beautiful and magical night it was! 🔥

And this moment… receiving this delicious cake… honestly, my heart was so full. 🥹❤️
It meant so, so much to have you all there to celebrate 3 years of Move&Relax with me.

As I said on the night, it wasn’t only Move&Relax’s birthday. It was a celebration of every one of you who has joined a session, supported me, danced, moved, relaxed, connected and been part of this journey over the past three years. 🩷

Thank you to everyone who came and made the evening so special. And a huge thank you to Ula for baking the most amazing and delicious cake!

And thank you, Sue, for bringing the beautiful bowl with passion fruit flowers and candles, and for the little singing offering at the end. It was such a beautiful moment. 🙏

Thank you, thank you, thank you for being part of this journey. ❤️

See you all in October in Cambridge, Ely but also my hometown Opole in Poland. Until then, keep moving and relaxing in your own beautiful and unique way. 💜🔥

With love&kindness,
Sev ~ Seweryn

I wanted to share a video I recorded during my restful holiday.

This spectacular performance of nature reminded me so much of our Move&Relax sessions: the spaciousness that gives us even more freedom and endless horizons for movement, the stillness of the moon, the chaos of a thunderstorm, and the beautiful, powerful flow of the waves.

All of this, and so much more, is something we express through our own creative and unique movements during each session.

Can nature move through us? 🌝⚡🌊 🔥

A little reflection on Season 3 of Move&Relax. 🔥

This season started with some doubts, but somewhere along the way I found more trust in myself, the process, and the little flame of joy, creativity and connection that keeps me going.

I’ve been reminded that Move&Relax for me, it’s all about the people, connections, collaborations and those sessions that we create together.

Thank you to everyone who has joined, supported and been part of this journey. I’m so grateful for you.

And now… time to pause, rest, integrate and enjoy the summer.

Keep moving & keep relaxing in your own beautiful way. 🙏❤️🔥
