Now is the time to get your appointments booked for January/February 😳

This year is fully booked apart from the odd cancellation that may occur!

Missed Appointments

I have just had my first ‘No Show’ since relocating to Eddington.

May I politely remind clients of my cancellation policy.

I would ask for 48 hrs notice so that i may offer the appointment to someone on the waiting list - no fee charged

A 25% of fee applied to cancellations with less than 48 hrs notice.

50% with less than 24hrs and full payment for ‘no shows’

No shows adversely affect a small business like ours and we are unable to offer the appointment to anyone else

Things you genuinely NEVER need to apologise to me for… 👀

“Sorry, I haven’t shaved my legs.”
Don’t care 😂

“Sorry, my feet are horrible.”
They’re almost certainly not

“Sorry, my feet smell.”
Feet sweat. Shoes get warm. Humans occasionally smell. We’re good

“I should have come ages ago.”
Probably 😂 But you’re here now

The only one I do care about is:
“I’m embarrassed.”
I really don’t want you to be

You wouldn’t believe how many appointments start with an apology. I chose this profession with feet and I love it, so all your apologies are really not necessary!

Come as you are. We’ll sort out whatever needs sorting
