We’ve been awarded three grants to expand our Nature & Sound wellbeing programmes across South Wales!

Here’s what’s coming up:

🌿 Nature Connection for Cancer Support: Partnering with and to deliver supportive nature sessions for anyone living with or affected by cancer.

✨ Sound Baths for Parkinson’s: Funded by , bringing gentle, restorative sound journeys to Parkinson’s support groups across South Wales.

A massive thank you to our funders for believing in our work and making these sessions possible.

Our community group is back, starting Friday October 30th! ☕🌿

As the weather turns colder, we’re opening up a warm, relaxed space for local adults to unwind, connect, and enjoy a gentle morning out. Whether you fancy a hot drink and a chat or taking part in light, low-pressure activities, everyone is welcome.

Spend a Sunday morning tuning into the hidden sounds of the forest, followed by an exclusively curated seasonal breakfast spread in the park. 🍂🎧☕

On Sunday 25th October, .cic and are bringing you Sounds & Flavours of Autumn, a collaborative 3-hour morning experience in Bute Park.

We’ll start in Blackweir Forest, we’ll listen to natural world using bio-sonification technology, hydrophones, and contact mics. You'll get to hear the electrical signals of ancient trees, the sounds of forest moss, and the rushing waters of the River Taff like never before.

Afterwards, we’ll gather at Secret Garden Cafe for an exclusive, off-menu seasonal breakfast spread created by Mel and her team, complete with a hot drink and a short talk on sustainable, wildlife-friendly eating.

Our October Immersive Sound Walk at Casehill Woods combines gentle mindfulness with specialised microphones, letting you listen to plant biorhythms and hidden forest sounds in real time.

It's a calm, slow-paced morning designed to help you relax and enjoy nature.

🌲🌲Between the Trees Festival!🌲🌲

We were very grateful to be back with our immersive nature walk in the incredible Candleston Woodland to reconnect with the wild in an alternative way:

✨ Grounding & Senses: We started with a sensory meditation, tuning into the sights, scents, and textures of the forest to deeply anchor ourselves in the space.

💧 The Hidden Sounds: Using a hydrophone and contact microphones, we listened to the secret life of the woods—from the rush of the fast-flowing river to the subtle, crackling moisture trapped inside the moss.

🎶 Plant Music: Sitting beneath a majestic Beech tree, we connected PlantWave technology to translate the tree’s bio-rhythms into music.

With everyone wearing individual Bluetooth headphones, the entire experience was a collective, deeply personal soundscape. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and tuned in! 🌳✨

This weekend we will bringing our Immersive Nature Walk to the incredible Between The Trees  🎶🌳🎧

Join us to explore the amazing woodland sanctuary and experience the hidden soundscapes of the natural world 🌿🙏

We loved hosting our Immersive Plant Music Pop-up Station in 🌱🎶

This was a safe immersive space for anyone to take a moment to relax and experience the bio-rhythms being detected from the incredible Indian Bean Tree 🌳

Using the technology of it was amazing to witness the variety of reactions and interactions this offered to people which gave way to some inspiring conversations 🤗

We are already thinking of ideas for next year! 🙌
