Today is ! 💜

Behind every diagnosis is a person, a story, and an experience that deserves to be heard.

Today, we're creating a space for our community to share their stories. Whether you've lived with arthritis for years, have recently been diagnosed, or are still searching for answers, your experience matters.

In the comments...👇
- Add a photo of yourself or your everyday life.
- Tell us which condition you live with, or share a little of your story.

Let's remind each other that we're not alone.

Winter illnesses can come on quickly, so it’s worth getting some of these few basics ready now. 🩺

💊 Paracetamol

It’s that time again ⬇️ Let’s get protected and help keep each other well this winter ❄️

🗓️ Today marks the launch of this winter’s NHS flu vaccination programme in Wales.

Routine flu vaccination is estimated to have prevented more than 800 flu-related hospital admissions in Wales last winter.

If you’re eligible for a free flu vaccine, take up the offer this winter to help protect yourself against serious illness and hospitalisation. 🛡️

🦋 Grateful to have had Dr Michelle Barraclough join us online for this month’s group meeting, where she helped us better understand cognitive difficulties and brain fog in lupus in such an engaging and accessible way 🧠😶‍🌫️

Michelle talked us through how researchers measure cognitive difficulties, what the latest research is telling us, and where the research is heading next 🔜

🤩 It was very helpful to better understand what can be such a difficult part of living with , and to come away with a more informed and compassionate perspective on these experiences.

A great way to head into this October 🇬🇧💜

💜 Join us tomorrow at 7pm for our September online meeting. We will be joined by Dr Michelle Barraclough, a Research Fellow at the University of Manchester with over 10 years’ experience researching cognitive function in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).

💻 Everyone is welcome to join us. For Zoom login details, please email: [email protected]
