If you have IBS, maybe you've tried the low FODMAP diet before, but you still have your symptoms.
A current client had been following a low FODMAP diet on his own for over a year. He saw some initial improvement, but IBS was still ruling his life and he didn't know where to start with the reintroductions.
When we met he was surprised with foods he'd been avoiding unnecessarily and those that he needed to tighten up on.
Yesterday we met again. After just 3 weeks of refining his diet, he's now ready to begin the reintroductions. He has suffered with heart burn for over 25 years and this has gone along with his other gut symptoms.
This is an extract from his story:
"Debra has been a breath of fresh air. By far the best investment in my health to date. Debra has been excellent and I look forward to progressing along my FODMAP journey with her."
The low FODMAP diet is a temporary diet, it's not meant to be long-term. By working with a trained FODMAP Dietitian, you'll get the best evidence-based advice and benefit of vast experience. You'll see results sooner with an easier, more practical approach.
