💛 Why has Slimming World introduced Healthy Fat Choices? 💛

Because health isn’t just about losing weight – it’s about feeling your best for life 🌱
At Slimming World, food has always been about balance, enjoyment and real-life eating – and Healthy Fat Choices are a perfect example of that 💫
🥑 Healthy fats (like avocado, nuts, seeds and oils) play an important role in our bodies. They help with:
✨ Heart health
✨ Feeling satisfied and fuller for longer
✨ Absorbing vitamins
✨ Supporting long-term wellbeing
So rather than cutting fats out completely, Slimming World has embraced the science and created Healthy Fat Choices – helping members enjoy these foods in the right amounts, without guilt or confusion ❤️
This means:
✔️ No “good vs bad” food labels
✔️ No fear around food
✔️ Learning skills for life, not quick fixes
✔️ Weight loss and health working together
Because real success isn’t about restriction…
It’s about confidence, balance and food freedom 🌈
And that’s exactly what we build in group – week after week 💕

DEAR RE-JOINING MEMBER
It's the start of possibly the busiest week of the year and I just wanted to add something to the mix. This post is for all you members out there who are 'thinking' of rejoining this SW group this or next week.
And in 'thinking' I mean you saying to yourself "oh my goodness, I haven't been in ages, and I have put all the weight I lost back on, I have rejoined so many times now, I am a disgrace, a loser, I'm terrified that they will think I am pathetic".
These feelings are what keep us down but rest assured that in our, and EVERY single Slimming World group across the land, that you will be welcomed back with a smile and open arms like you're an old friend. And MOST importantly there is no shame, blame or humiliation (as these are dirty words in our world).
So, re-joining members everywhere, pick yourself up, dust yourself off and prove to yourself (as nobody else really matters) what you're made of and who knows, 2026 could be the year of your life! Let's do this 💪
Wishing you all a very happy NEW YEAR!🎉🎇🎆
