Something that knocked my confidence MUCH more than it should have, actually ended up being exactly what I needed to finally grow.

When clients don’t come back we can take it personally. We give so much of ourselves to our clients and it can be be demotivating when they leave us.

But in business, we need to learn and grow from every obstacle we’re faced with✨

HUGE shoutout to the many gorgeous clients who did however come back to me, can you believe I still have clients coming to me since I first started in 2018 🥺🥺🥺 when my work was absolutely shocking 🤣🤣🤣 don’t worry girls - we’ve grown together (our standards too)!!

‘premium clients want a proper salon’ is the biggest lie home based women tell themselves.

Fully booked is always the goal… right?! 🥴

But then I finally got there and it felt so underwhelming.

Busy is not the same as having a profitable, sustainable business and I was proof of that.

If your diary is busy but you’re still stressed, working weekends and panicking over cancellations, it might not be your skills. it might be your prices.

I really thought | just needed more clients when I was undercharging.
If only I knew then, what I know now...

I finally raised my prices and realised, I actually just needed premium paying clients (and less of them!!)

Working less hours for more money means I have more time to create more personal, luxurious appointments for my clients. They get the most amazing experience and I can confidently charge my worth, without feeling burnt out!
