A customer txt me yesterday via WhatsApp enquiring if we sold ferrules for crutches as hers were worn!
She cane in today and I changed her ferrules for her and as she was leaving the store I noticed her crutches were set too high for her and adjusted them correctly making her walking much more comfortable!
All in a days work!
