Planning to launch something in January? 🌱

A course, webinar, membership, new service or lead magnet?

Now is a good time to get me involved.

You might have the idea and the content, but what happens when someone says, “Yes, I’m interested”?

Can they sign up? Pay? Receive their confirmation? Access what they’ve bought?

Those moving parts need time to be built, connected and tested. You’ll also want time to promote your offer through your emails, networking and social media.

That’s where I come in — helping you get everything working together so you can confidently tell people about it.

If January is your goal, send me a message and let’s talk about what needs to happen before then.

Paula 🌱

If you're still doing these manually, this is your sign 👀

Automations aren't about making your business less personal.

They're about making sure the important things actually happen — without you having to remember them.

Which one are you still doing manually?

What a beautiful setting for an afternoon of networking! 🤍

I joined Cotswold Collective at Dumbleton Hall for a tour of the newly renovated hotel, followed by cream tea. The Hall is stunning, the scones were amazing, and I had some lovely chats with both familiar and new faces.

Thank you to and the team for such a lovely afternoon. 😊

More tools do not create a better system.

In fact, sometimes they’re the reason your business feels harder to run.

You’ve got one system for emails.
Another for bookings.
A spreadsheet for enquiries.
Something else for invoices.
A few automations you’re not entirely sure are still working…

…and a collection of monthly subscriptions quietly leaving your bank account.

The answer isn’t necessarily another piece of software.

It’s getting everything working together properly.

This is exactly the sort of thing I help businesses with.

I look at what you’re currently using, what’s happening behind the scenes and where things are being duplicated, missed or done manually.

Then we can work out what needs connecting, automating, simplifying — or getting rid of altogether.

Because a good business system should mean:

🌱 enquiries don't get forgotten
🌱 follow-ups happen when they should
🌱 information isn't being entered in three different places
🌱 repetitive admin happens automatically
🌱 you can actually see what’s going on in your business

Not sure how well your current setup is working?

I’ve created a free checklist to help you take a look at the tech and systems behind your business.

And if you’d rather have someone else look at the whole lot for you, that’s exactly what my £297 Business Infrastructure Audit is for.

You'll find details of the checklist and the audit in the link in my bio.

No adding more tech for the sake of it.

Just making your business easier to run.

Having been to Holly’s events before, I know just how much thought and energy goes into them – and this one looks set to be another brilliant day.

It’s going to bring together a fantastic group of women, with conversations around visibility, strategy, confidence, personal brand, awards and the importance of putting yourself and your business out there.

And there’s another exciting reason to come along…

Holly is launching TWO new networking groups in Worcestershire! 🎉

I’m based in Gloucestershire and currently travel to Holly’s Leamington Spa group because it really is that good! So the fact that she’s bringing two groups to Worcestershire – not far from us Gloucestershire ladies – is definitely worth knowing about.

If you’re based in Worcestershire, Gloucestershire or the surrounding area and you’ve been thinking about finding a networking group that’s friendly, supportive and full of genuinely brilliant women in business, this would be a great opportunity to experience what Holly and her groups are all about.

Come along, meet Holly, meet some of the women already in her network and see for yourself why I’m happy to travel to Leamington Spa to be part of it!

Whether you’re new to networking, running your own business, part of a larger company, employed or self-employed, there’ll be plenty to take away from the day.

There’ll also be a marketplace to browse, prize draws and giveaways, plus a raffle raising money for two very worthy charities.

Do yourself a favour and get yourself there.

Come and make some new connections, have a brilliant day and, if you’re in Worcestershire or Gloucestershire, find out more about the two new groups Holly is bringing a little closer to us.

And when you book, please mention that you heard about the event from me – Paula Stennett. 😊

What if your marketing actually worked? 👀

What if twice as many people enquired next week?

Brilliant, right?

But then what happens?

Do they automatically receive the right information?

Does someone follow up with them?

Do you know who’s enquired, who’s booked, who’s bought and who needs a little nudge?

Or does twice the interest simply mean twice the admin for you?

This is something I see all the time.

One system for emails.
Another for bookings.
A spreadsheet for enquiries.
Something else for invoices.
Forms somewhere else.

And YOU sitting in the middle, holding it all together.

Your business shouldn’t need you to manually connect all the dots.

So, I’ve created a free checklist:

Stop Relying on Bits of Tech That Don’t Talk to Each Other

It’ll help you look at what’s happening behind the scenes and spot where things could be connected, automated or simply made easier.

Because you probably don’t need more tech.

You need the tech you have to work harder for you.

Welcome to September 🍂

The darker mornings are creeping back in, it’s raining, it’s definitely feeling a little chillier… and I’m wondering, where did the summer go?!

I’ll admit, getting back into the swing of things this week has taken a little adjusting. Those early mornings have felt particularly early after the summer! 😴

But it’s also been a really lovely start to September.

I’ve been to three brilliant online networking meetings this week and met some genuinely lovely people. I always come away from good networking conversations feeling energised – hearing about other people’s businesses, what they’re working on and making new connections.

There’s something about September that always feels a little bit like a fresh start. Back to routines, back to business and back to thinking about what we want to achieve before the end of the year.

So, I’m finding my rhythm again, getting back into those early mornings and looking forward to what September brings.

How’s your first week of September been? Are you back in the swing of things yet, or still wondering where summer went? 🍂☕

Please don't buy another piece of software yet. 😂

Not until you've worked out what you actually need it to do.

I see this all the time.

A booking system for this.
An email platform for that.
A CRM somewhere else.
Canva forms.
A spreadsheet.
An invoicing system.
A course platform.

And then Zapier desperately trying to make half of it talk to the other half.

Individually, there's probably nothing wrong with any of them.

It's what happens between them that's usually the problem.

Information gets copied manually.

Follow-ups get forgotten.

Things are duplicated.

And the business owner ends up being the thing holding all the systems together.

Your tech should reduce your workload.

Not become another job. 🩷

Could your business cope with twice as many enquiries?

Imagine 20 new enquiries landed tomorrow.

Would every single one receive the same great experience?

Or would some get missed amongst emails, social media, WhatsApp, phone calls and website enquiries?

Before spending more on marketing, make sure your business is ready to make the most of every opportunity.
