Brilliant news to share for our clients accessing Identity Space Glos project. Thanks to Cheltenham Central PCN - Social Prescribing we now have 2 support groups available for people identifying as Trans 🏳️‍⚧️ it’s amazing to see the support from our Cheltenham Central GP surgeries. If you would like to attend one of these groups and you would have a funded space, you can access this by going through your gp app. Or if you don’t attend one of these groups funded surgeries, you can get in touch with SJ at [email protected] and we will send you the details.
We are delighted to share that our free support service for transgender patients has expanded at Essential Space CIC!
There are now *TWO* groups running to provide a therapeutic environment with affirming support. (Non-binary individuals are given a choice of which one they'd like attend.)
You don't need to see a GP! Please call or submit an online form at your registered surgery to request a referral.
