Are you feeling exhausted, waking up in the night, struggling with brain fog, feeling more anxious or irritable than usual, or finding that your joints ache for no obvious reason?

Sometimes it feels as though your body has changed and you're not quite sure what to do about it.

I'll be at the Mind, Body & Spirit Show at Chepstow Racecourse on Saturday 17 October, talking about practical ways to support yourself through perimenopause and menopause.

And I'll be offering a couple of opportunities to experience EFT tapping, a simple technique you can use yourself to help manage stress and those overwhelming moments.

Come and have a go! I'll show you how tapping works and how you can use it when stress or anxiety starts to build.

🌸 15-minute Menopause Stress Reset – £10

A little more time just for you. We'll focus on something that's bothering you and use tapping to help you feel calmer and more settled.

I'll only be offering a limited number of these 15-minute sessions throughout the day, so do come and find me early if you'd like one.

🌿 I’m going to be at the Mind, Body & Spirit Show in Chepstow!

If you’re local to Chepstow, Monmouthshire or the surrounding area, come along and say hello on Saturday 17 October at Chepstow Racecourse.

I’ll be there with Active Natural Health, talking about the work I do to help people feel better – particularly with things like menopause symptoms, stress, poor sleep, low energy and those times when you just don’t quite feel yourself.

You can also find out more about kinesiology and EFT tapping, and how I use them to take a more individual approach to what may be going on for you.

If you’ve seen my posts and wondered “What exactly does Gail do?” this is a very good opportunity to come and ask me! 😊

There’ll be lots of other exhibitors there too, including holistic therapists, nutritionists, coaches, healers, jewellery and more.

📍 Chepstow Racecourse

Have you ever noticed how one thing seems to knock everything else off course?

You don’t sleep well, so you’re tired the next day.

When you’re tired, it’s harder to make good food choices or motivate yourself to move.

You’re under stress, so you find it harder to switch off at night.

And when you’re exhausted, things that you would normally cope with can suddenly feel much more stressful.

Sleep, stress, nutrition, hydration, movement, rest, hormones… they don't operate independently.

**They all contribute to how you feel day to day – and they affect each other too.**

That’s why I prefer to look at the bigger picture rather than focusing on one thing in isolation.

Which one tends to have the biggest knock-on effect for you?

Most of us have a pretty good idea of what we "should" be doing to look after ourselves.

Eat well.
Drink enough water.
Move regularly.
Get enough sleep.
Manage stress.
Make time to rest.

So why can it still feel so difficult?

Because knowing what to do and actually doing it consistently are two very different things.

Real life gets in the way.

You’re busy. You’re tired. Work takes over. Other people need you. You start with good intentions and then realise you’ve slipped back into the same habits.

Sometimes what we need isn’t more information.

It’s help working out what changes are realistic for us – and some support to actually make them.

What’s one thing you know would be good for you, but you struggle to do consistently?

I had the opportunity to talk about my work at BNI Celtic this week.

One of the things I wanted to get across is that we don't always need to wait until something feels seriously wrong before we pay attention to our health.

Stress, sleep, nutrition, movement and making time for proper rest can all influence how we feel day to day — and small changes can make a real difference.

It was lovely to have the chance to explain a little more about the work I do and the practical support I offer.

Thanks BNI Celtic for giving me the opportunity — and for capturing the moment! 😊

Another great networking morning. If you'd like to visit and see how BNI can help you to grow your business let me know.

I've spent much of my life measuring myself by what I can do and how much I can achieve.

Ticking things off the list. Being productive. Keeping busy. Looking after everyone else.

So this holiday, I'm doing something that doesn't come naturally to me.

I'm switching off completely.

No posts. No commenting. No checking in.

Just time to rest, recharge and be present.

Because this break is my reminder that my worth isn't measured by my output. I don't have to earn my right to rest.

If you're someone who finds it difficult to slow down, perhaps this is your reminder too.

Rest isn't a luxury.
It's not laziness.
It's an essential part of wellbeing.

See you in a couple of weeks. ☀️💛

Today I received a message from a client that almost brought me to tears.

She told me that our sessions feel "like a spa treatment for the mind" and that she always leaves feeling lighter, calmer and more positive.

Messages like that remind me why I do this work.

So many women are carrying so much right now. The pressure of work, family responsibilities, endless to-do lists, and for many, the added challenges of menopause. It can feel as though you're holding everything together while quietly struggling on the inside.

That's exactly why I've created my Menopause Stress Reset Workshop.

In just one hour, I'll teach you a simple tapping technique that you can use whenever stress, overwhelm, anxiety or self-doubt start to take over.

It's practical, easy to learn, and something you can use long after the workshop has finished.
